Established in Jeddah in 2001, Loodyana is the epitome of modern femininity. The designers behind the brand are the Al Hakbani sisters. Born and raised in KSA, the sisters come from a long line of tradesmen who were renowned for their quality of service and products. So much so, that the family name is derived from the word Al Hak, which stands for “Truth is revealed”. These values guide the family to this day.
The two sisters love for fashion and craft began in their mother’s couture atelier. Growing up surrounded by sumptuous materials, a thirst for creativity was born. Further studies of tailoring at the prestigious Institut Villa Pierrefeu in Switzerland and art in the Fashion Design at the Future Institute in Saudi Arabia followed.
It was only a natural progression that eventually they would launch their own fashion label.
In the early days, the brand focused on the design of abayas and kaftans. But their love for travel and childhood memories spent in nature soon became a regular source of creative inspiration.
Today, the Loodyana label is synonymous with a versatile, yet powerful femininity. The luxury kaftans and sumptuous ready to wear collections are worn by a diverse international clientele.
