SHIPPING AND RETURNS
- Shipping: Orders are subject to availability, if the product is available in stock it will take 2 days for shipment. If the product is not available in stock all the information’s related to the product will be explained through email after an order have been made through our website.
- General Delivery Conditions: Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation email, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation email. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 15 days after the agreed date of delivery, we will provide you with a full refund after having the item in our possession. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. Orders are delivered daily excluding Friday-Saturday, and KSA public holidays. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Friday and Saturday.
Alterations can be necessary to get the perfect fit for you. If your garments need a little bit of alteration to get them fitting perfectly, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: <Customer name> <Order number> Alterations. Detail out the alterations and measurements in the email. Please try and be as specific and detailed as possible. Kindly note that the garments are not eligible for Exchange or Refund after the adjustments has been made.
When your Order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to agree on a delivery date. Once agreed, you will be responsible for accepting delivery and arranging appropriate means of access and installation on that date. It is your responsibility to ensure that our delivery team has access to the delivery address, and that sufficient space for the goods is available.. If on the delivery date our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will pre-inform you of this charge. In the absence of negligence, we will not be liable for loss or damage to the goods or your property, We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
- Returns (if applicable): If an order is made available in the website, and is not custom made you hold the right to return the item after 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the purchase receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item in the address we provide to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is costume made, no refund or exchange will be applicable for the item.
- Sale items: Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges: We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
